Nurse Elaine Buice has been treating patients with chronic wounds for over 26 years. She was treating a patient in Georgia with a chronic pressure ulcer. The patient was scheduled for an above knee amputation. Elaine asked the physician if she could treat a patient with her new bandage. She fashioned a bandage using a surgical glove and materials at hand. She created a working device that allowed her to access and treat the wound on an daily basis. The three-year-old wound completely healed in 60 days. The physician recommended Elaine develop her product as no other treatment had worked. Our company Clear Care Products, Inc was formed on October 2016.
